A NOTE ON OUR METHODOLOGY
We took both a qualitative and quantitative approach to find the best of the best when it comes to cannabis brands, retailers, and products. The combined approach ensures that the LeafLink community has a powerful voice in naming their favorites, while also rewarding those brands, retailers, and individual products that are topping the charts based on marketplace data.
Qualitative Categories
- LeafLink List’s Community Favorites for brands and retailers were derived through surveys sent out via email to LeafLink’s network of cannabis brands and retailers. Thank you to everyone who participated in the voting process!
- LeafLink Innovator categories were selected by an internal nomination and voting process.
Quantitative Categories
Each quantitative category winner was data-driven, sourced internally from LeafLink’s database of cannabis marketplace data to find top performing brands, retailers, and product categories! Data set includes sales from January 1 through September 30, 2025.
- The Top-Selling categories celebrate the most popular brands and products from across the platform in 2025.
- Top-Purchasing categories celebrate the retailers that purchased the most across the platform in 2025.
- The Fastest-Growing categories celebrate the brands and retailers that saw exceptional growth since the beginning of the year measured by average quarter-over-quarter growth.

To further celebrate our winners and give back to the community, LeafLink will be making a donation to the Marijuana Policy Project (MPP).
MPP is a leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to reforming cannabis laws in the United States. Through policy advocacy, public education, and strategic campaigns, MPP works to end cannabis prohibition, promote sensible regulation, and advance reforms that prioritize public health, racial equity, and economic opportunity. For nearly three decades, MPP has played a central role in advancing medical and adult-use cannabis legalization across the country, supporting state and federal policy efforts that reduce the harms of prohibition while creating more just and effective cannabis systems. MPP’s work helps ensure that cannabis policy reflects evidence-based approaches and the needs of communities most impacted by past enforcement.
